Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Osiris intelligence platform and the Ozzie analyst, including the website, console, APIs, chat surfaces (Telegram, Discord), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Astra AI (“Astra AI,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Osiris aggregates and visualizes publicly available open-source intelligence (OSINT). Ozzie is an automated analyst that investigates targets you submit — such as domains, IP addresses, organizations, people, or crypto wallets — across public data sources and produces cited summaries (“dossiers”). The Service draws only on data that is publicly accessible or lawfully obtained from third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if your access has been previously terminated.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features are free; advanced features (full dossiers, unlimited investigations, 24/7 monitoring, watchlists, alerts) require an Osiris Pro subscription, billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$49/month) through our payment processor, Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: use the Service lawfully, do not use it to harass, stalk, dox, or surveil individuals unlawfully, do not scan or probe systems you are not authorized to test, and do not resell or redistribute the underlying data feeds. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Third-party data and accuracy

The Service surfaces information from third-party and public sources. We do not author this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Dossiers and intelligence are provided “as is” and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.

Not professional advice. The Service does not provide legal, financial, security, investigative, or professional advice, and is not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use it to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance, or any purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the targets you submit and the way you use any output. You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws, including data-protection, anti-stalking, computer-misuse, and export laws, and that you have any authorization required to investigate or test a given target.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Astra AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. Osiris incorporates open-source components under their respective licenses. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. You retain rights to the inputs you submit.

8. The MIND connection

If you connect your MIND account, you authorize Ozzie to read context from and write dossiers into your MIND knowledge graph using a scoped key you grant via the “Sign in with MIND” flow. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes Ozzie’s access. Your use of MIND is also governed by MIND’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRA AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astra AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in New York, to the extent permitted by law.
